This project consisted of erecting the complete building structure, including sheeting the exterior walls and roof with 4” CF 40 panels. All exterior trim was supplied and installed to provide a finished, weather-tight envelope. The scope also included framing all rough openings in preparation for future trades. The work was completed with a focus on structural accuracy, efficiency, and readiness for subsequent construction phases.
