SCOPE
Erect Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) per stamped drawings provided.
Provide and install drive pins for base channel.
Sunday River will transport all materials from the unloading area to the job site on the mountain.
Install double-layer fiberglass insulation for walls and roof with Simple Saver system.
Install three (3) 3070 preassembled walk doors with trim kits.
Verify and confirm all field-located openings with End User prior to installation.
Install peak boxes as shown on drawings.
Additional materials on site include: extra wall panels, rake trim pieces, gutter sections, corner trim, and J-trim.
Description
Perched high on the scenic slopes, the Sunday River Project showcases our precision and expertise in steel erection. Our team successfully erected a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) in accordance with stamped engineering drawings, ensuring strength, accuracy, and lasting performance.
From installing drive pins and double-layer insulated wall and roof systems with Simple Saver to setting three preassembled walk doors and custom trim kits, every detail was handled with care and craftsmanship. Working in mountain conditions, we coordinated closely with the client to confirm field locations and complete peak box installations efficiently.
